Sharon Armstrong is a highly trained professional planner. She is cross trained in multi-disciplinary fields in comprehensive land use planning, environmental planning, and economic development. In addition, Sharon is certified by and partnered with many organizations to provide professional-level training in compliance with continuing education and professional development requirements. 

During her professional career, Sharon successfully completed several Comprehensive, Land Use, Transportation, Small Area, Environmental, Revitalization, and other plans for the public and private sector (CV). She is a seasoned expert in community participation, large and small group presentation, and group mediation. Sharon holds multiple certifications, and has extensive continuing education partnerships, including:

Mike Armstrong is a retired Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer with thirty years of administrative experience. Following his service with the Marine Corps, Mike began a career in floodplain management with a county government in Tennessee. He completed multiple training courses with FEMA and ASFPM during his tenure with the county (CV). 

As a respected associate of the ASFPM, Mike provides consulting and training services for several cities in Tennessee and for the TN Association of Floodplain Management (TN AFPM), where he held the position of Chairman for several years. Mike is a respected educator in the field of floodplain management and a current member of KAMM. He is qualified to provide training to floodplain management professionals to sharpen their skill set, and provide CEU credits and targeted professional development. Rachael is a GIS and research consultant with an exemplary administrative background, which includes providing mapping, research and administrative support for local government and utility companies, time sheet management and benefits enrollment for the payroll department of a major university, as well as client relations and athletic event management for an SEC school. This diverse background makes her the resident Jill-of-All-Trades. In her role with Plans and More, LLP Rachael provides mapping services, research, and administrative support for our projects.
